Instructions:

1. Cut a Card Base 20.7cm x 17cm, die cut black card stock using the largest Scalloped Die, cut 2 pieces of white card stock 19.7cm x 7.5cm and using the 3 Circle Window centre and cut it out of one of the pieces.

2. Cut 3 pieces of designer paper to fit behind the die cut circles with the middle one reaching the top circle and die cutting the top using the largest of Scene Builder #1 to create waves. Colour all your images.

3. Layer the Scalloped layer on the card base using 3D tape. Then tape the patterned paper on to the piece of card stock and then using 3D tape it onto the circles piece.

4. Then embellish the card with all your coloured images and scatter a few sequins around and also stamp birds in the sky.
